Oui oui

I was turned on to my favorite blog, Jordan Ferney's Oh Happy Day, by toadie about two years ago. Until I started reading it, planning parties for a living and filling life with beautiful things was something I had never thought I could do. It was for fancier people with fancier, more fantastic lives than mine. I had an epiphany one day after reading a post of hers--nothing is stopping me from doing these things. The only person holding me back was me.

So, two years later, I'm following my dream--trying to build my business as a party planner and filling my life and our home with pretty things. Oh happy day(s) indeed:)

Here's hoping I can meet my life-changing hero in Paris later this year!
